The Morgan Investment Group (“MIG”) is an aggregate of investment entities, each holding certain residential and commercial real estate assets, which are primarily located in the Carolinas. Morgan Legacy Partners, Inv. (“MLP”) is the primary operating company supported by MIG and its asset base.
