As a self-described investment company, our focus is on finding strategic and systematic solutions for under-performing real estate in growing markets and stabilizing them for “best use”. Our targeted assets are affordable housing communities within the greater Greenville SC and Charlotte NC areas, a territory that is experiencing rapid growth but lacks sufficient affordable housing options. We know that our continued ability to service this market requires a solid and sustainable financial position. Our global strategy is to offer investment opportunities that bring new funding, as well as optimize and preserve our existing capital. To this end, our investment investment strategy focuses on: 

  • Obtaining additional distressed affordable housing properties in our targeted territory that show promise of positive return with limited downside risk
  • Maintaining positive long-term returns on carefully chosen commercial / industrial investment projects; and
  • The continued development of new investment opportunities that provide passive income to existing and new investors.

MLP is offering the opportunity to invest in a portion of its interest in the Cascade Asset via a debenture offered in the maximum amount of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000) (the “Investment”).
